How does a phone consultation work?
Sherri Taylor works with patients over the phone because the health programs
she designs are based on the results of lab tests that can easily be d
one
in your home (with the exception of a test that requires a blood draw.
Most tests Sherri uses require stool, saliva, urine or hair samples.)
Sherri bases her health programs on lab tests that assess the function
of the three body systems: hormonal, digestive
and detoxification.
During your initial phone consultation Sherri will review your personal and family health history and make recommendations for lab tests that are appropriate for your specific health issues.
Once your lab work has been completed, Sherri will explain the meaning of your test results to you in a follow up consultation. She will also create an individualized health program for you which will include one or more of the following: diet changes, nutritional supplements, and exercise, lifestyle and stress management recommendations. Subsequent consultations are scheduled to monitor your progress and to modify your program.
How long is the initial consultation?
Your first consultation will take 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
What is the fee for a consultation?
The fee for your initial consultation is $185 for one hour (60-75 mins). Length of follow-up consultations depends on how many lab tests you have done and the complexity of your issues.
Fee Schedule:
New Patient consultation: $185 (1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins)
1 hour: $85
45 minutes: $70
30 minutes: $60
15 minutes: $45
- Payment is due at time of consultation
- Methods of payment are: Personal check (sent in advance) Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.
- All consultations are time recorded from the time the appointment begins; you will only be billed for the actual time used.
